What a fun evening!
On Friday 29th May we held our first ‘Rum Cocktails 101’ event series which teaches our guests to create three cocktails at home. Our premier event focused on the Holy Rum Trinity, which is rum, lime and sugar.
The three cocktails we created were The Daiquiri, The Rum Punch and The Rum Collins.
We had international, award winning bartender Andrew Nicholls leading our guests in the cocktail creation. The rum chosen as the base for each cocktail was the incredibly diverse William George Rum.
