RumCask are back on The Golden Hinde! Come and join us in the lead up to the incredible London RumFest on Thursday 18th October at 18:30 for 3 hours of rum fun aboard the living history museum that is The Golden Hinde.
Best known for her circumnavigation of the globe in 1577 captained by Sir Francis Drake, the ship is a perfect venue for showcasing at least 15 bespoke craft rums for independent producers and bottlers from across the globe. A true event for connoisseurs and beginners alike!
Craft spirits have a story and with rum that story includes the distiller, the distillery, the terroir, the sugar cane and the techniques that have been used to result in the exquisite liquid that ends up in the bottle.
Ever met the master blender who hand picked single barrels from around the Caribbean and bottled rum that once consumed will never be produced again?
Or did you know there is a family run sugar cane field in South Africa that is torched and cultivated to produce incredible rums that are oak aged using charred batons in giant glass jars? These are just a few examples of the stories you will hear and the rums you will taste on The Golden Hinde on October 18th.
We have limited capacity for the event, so please grab your tickets while available, remember our last event sold out! An amazing backdrop to a fun and informative evening. What more could you want? Come and celebrate London Rum Week with us!
